Description: During National Wills Week 2024, Zama Luthuli Attorneys Inc. proudly joined the nationwide initiative to promote legal literacy and empower individuals with essential legal tools. Our team provided free will-drafting services, pro bono legal consultations, and hosted community workshops designed to demystify key areas of family and estate law. We assisted dozens of individuals in preparing valid, culturally sensitive wills that reflect their wishes and protect their loved ones. Our attorneys offered one-on-one consultations, guiding clients through complex legal questions with empathy and clarity. We extended our commitment to justice by offering free legal support to those who needed it most. During the community workshops we discussed, among other things, Marriages & Customary Law, Maintenance Rights, Administration of Estates and Trusts. This initiative was more than a legal campaign; it was a movement toward accessible justice, community empowerment, and legacy protection.
